I understand that sales of food/beverages (even with a home kitchen license) do not fall under the permit for Fourth Fridays, and cannot be considered through this application process. My donation fee is applied towards a 4x6 space and I am responsible for providing my own lighting, table, chair, etc. The events committee does their best to rotate vendors each month, so specific locations are not guaranteed. Once paid, vendor fees are not refundable or transferable are considered a donation to the Fourth Street BID. All fees go directly back into putting on events for the community. Volunteer performer- No fee Non-profit organizations- No fee Craft/Artist Vendor- $40 VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT We have a limited amount of space compared to the number of vendors who are applying. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own 4x6 table, chairs, set up, trash bag, etc. In order to secure a space each vendor must pay the donation fee. Once vendor payment is made, final placement will be assigned by Wednesday, the week of the event. You may not hear from us for one or all of the following reasons: -There are already various similar items/services/products like yours (e.g. too many candles, crystals, soaps...) -We are not able to accept food/beverage vendors -All available spaces have been filled
