Pete Toulios – A Celebration of a Life Well-Lived & Well-Loved
With incredible sadness do we have to inform you about the unexpected passing of Pete Toulios, owner of Lil Devils Boutique on 4th Street.
4th Street is in shock and so incredibly sad that words cannot express our loss. His warm smile and big hugs are irreplaceable and will be greatly, greatly missed.
We love you, Kiddo!

I used to work in a funeral home where I helped in services for families grieving over a family member usually who’s been survived by their children and their grandchildren.
I’ve even seen friends die for needless causes like gang violence and racing. But this one, I feel; we got robbed.
And I’m reading an event that was sent out five days ago with our names in it knowing that I won’t see him there. The last event we were at he asked me “why are you leaving so soon”, I had gotten there a few hours before he came and I replied “we’ll catch up later” and we left it at that. I sorry Pete; I wish we still had the time.

His wonderful store has brought much joy to me and my family and certainly was a reflection of his warmth, humor and joy. He is absolutely an inspiration and testament to a life well lived. Cheers Pete!

The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time. He’s watching us cry and be sad when he can’t feel sadness he’s happy he’s with all of us and wants us to spred some Pete love for Pete !!

Pete, too young, too soon. Every year Uncle Dennis and I would come to visit. We saw you grown into a fine young man. It seems like just the other day you were here and we all got together and had a great time. I know you are at rest and you will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts. God Bless You.

I was just in his store a couple of months ago and was struck by his friendly good natured personality. We chatted and he told me how proud he was of what 4th Street has become and that he was happy to be a part of it. I can only imagine how much he will be missed by his family and friends. What a loss for so many.

It is so tragic for a life cut so short. Pete and I were friends and classmates at Millikan–we graduated together in 1995. I will always remember his smile and wonderful sense of humor. Rest in peace, Pete. I will miss you.
