– 4th Street Events Coordination
– Responsible for putting together the agenda for the BI-MONTHLY 4th Street Events meeting . Estimated time investment: 2 hours per month
– Attend and run the BI-MONTHLY Events meeting. Estimated time investment: 4 hours per month
– Oversee and direct the 4th St. Art, Music and Vendor coordinators. Estimated time investment: 4-6 hours per month
– Attend the MONTHLY BID meeting, take meeting minutes and report on Events . Estimated time investment: 2 hours per month
– Attend MONTHLY 4th Street Board meeting, take meeting minutes – Estimated time investment: 2 hours per month
– Email management and distribution – Responsible for the daily review of 4th St. BID

emails for distribution to the appropriate BID members and maintain a current email list for all stakeholders. Estimated time investment: 6-12 hours per month:

– Attend 4th Fridays, assist with tasks including providing access to the garage, setting up the 4th St. pop-up tent, working the 4th St. table, directing the music, art and vendor coordinators as necessary and attending to other BID business during the time of the event. Estimated time investment: 4-6 hours per month
– Assist 4th St. Board with miscellaneous tasks – i.e. obtaining bids for projects, following up with vendors, other one-off tasks that the board members are not able to handle, distribute printed materials, etc to stakeholders. Estimated time investment: 8 hours per month


TOTAL ESTIMATED HOURS – 32 to 42 hours per month (Actual hours will vary depending on projects)




– Experience with mass communication email platforms (Constant Contact/Mail Chimp)
– Experience with website maintenance/updating
– Graphics and Media coordination and distribution a plus
– Event Planning and or Event Management a plus
– Grant writing experience a plus
– Applicant MUST attend ALL required meetings
– Applicant should be computer literate and have their own computer and printer
– Applicant should have a cell phone
– Applicant should have good organizational skills, knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks a plus
– Applicant should be able to complete tasks in a timely fashion – specifically on deadlines assigned to projects
– Applicant should be personable
– Applicant should be readily available to the Board or at least one designated person on the Board for follow-up and delegations
– Applicant must be able to use discretion with sensitive information
– Applicant must treat all businesses equally and not show favoritism to any one particular business


COMPENSATION: $1200 monthly, 1099 position, Workers Comp to be provided by 4th St. BID
