“Big Thursday” is FREE and part of Councilmember Patrick O’Donnell’s Breakwater Awareness Month (BAM) and will feature an historical photo exhibit, screenings of two surfing and Breakwater documentaries (”Accidental Icon: The Real Gidget Story” directed by Brian Gillogly and “Mother Wants Her Beauty Back” directed by Grant Eads) and a “Hang Ten” awards presentation honoring local activists.
Our first ‘lil’ fest was a resounding success! Thanks to everyone who participated — on the street and behind the scenes — to make it a damn good day!
“4th Street in Motion” is an all-ages, FREE event with plenty of fun for the whole family! Featuring a bike-themed film festival at The Art, music, food & retail merchants, wine & beer gardens, safe cycling workshops, do-it-yourself bike repair, and more!

The AIDS Assistance Foundation Thrift Store annual one-of-a-kind ART SALE kicks off with a launch party, Friday, March 26th 6-9pm, with refreshments and music! $10 donation. The Art Sale continues thru May 2nd.
